FIRST INTERNATIONAL MULTI -LANGUAGE MINISTRY
God’s holiness makes it impossible for Him to relate to sinful humanity, and His justice demands that the sinner be judged and condemned to eternal separation from God. Because of this, man became the enemy of God. Although God has every right to condemn humanity, because of His Love He provided a solution through is His Son, Jesus, who bore the sins of humanity on the cross. Jesus’ death was the only acceptable sacrifice for sin: And there is salvation in no one else; for there is no other name under heaven that has been given among men by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12).
When Jesus died on the cross, He died for us, thereby establishing a bridge that unites God and humanity. Because of this sacrifice, every person who is born again can have true fellowship with God.
After Jesus Christ died on the cross at Calvary, where He received the punishment that we deserved, the Bible says that He was buried in the tomb. But He did not remain there: He resurrected! For all those who believe in Jesus Christ, the resurrection is a guarantee that they will also be resurrected to eternal life in the presence of God. This is the good news! Christ died for our sins…was buried, and…He was raised on the third day according to the scriptures (1 Corinthians 15:3,4).
